CCTV Service Guarantee
All our CCTV installations include a 12-months maintenance agreement and 12-months Equipment Guarantee. We will repair or replace any recorder and camera should they go faulty within the first 12 Months of installation (Terms & Conditions apply).
12-months maintenance agreement covers:
- All supplied equipment
- Software / firmware updates
- Remote support
- One free 2-hour local site visit per year
- Six monthly maintenance check including cleaning of system
- Includes labor for system faults between 8am- 5pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays
- Does not include additional new equipment installations or camera location changes
- Does not include broadband upgrades i.e. VDSL to fiber configurations
